Peace is more than the cessation of war - it is Shalom.

Peace is a gift that we receive from God.

Being faithful to God was essential for living in Shalom.

God’s way of making peace:

“Love before you are loved.” - Romans 5:8

Peace with God
Peace of God
Peace on Earth

Peacemakers will be persecuted for righteousness.
Darkness does not like the light.
The prophets of God were persecuted because they stood for God’s righteousness.

John Piper said, “America is one of the hardest place in the world to be a true Christian.”

“All who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.” - II Timothy 3:12
