The Consequences of Aged Anger

“Work at living in peace with everyone, and work at living a holy life, for those who are not holy will not see the Lord. Look after each other so that none of you fails to receive the grace of God. Watch out that no poisonous root of bitterness grows up to trouble you, corrupting many.” Hebrews 12: 14-15 (NLT)

“A patient man has great understanding but a quick-tempered man displays folly.” Proverbs 14:29

* Aged Anger has Relationship Consequences.

Comprehend the Offense.

“You can have no part in this, for your heart is not right with God. Repent of your wickedness and pray to the Lord. Perhaps he will forgive your evil thoughts, for I can see that you are full of bitter jealousy and are held captive by sin.” Acts 8:21-23 (NLT)

Understand and grieve over the loss.

Release the offender.

Embrace the good.
