FINANCIAL FREEDOM

“Developing a Plan”

Pastor Duane Cross | 05.20.2012

5 things we can do with our money:

1) Spend it .

2) Repay debt.

3) Pay taxes.

4) Save your money.

5) Give your money.

PRIORITIES:

1) ME.

2) ME.

3) AMERICA (or owe).

4) ME.

5) GOD AND OTHERS.

THE WAY YOU PRIORITIZE YOUR PERSONAL FINANCES EITHER REPRESENTS AN

OPEN DOOR TO YOUR HEAVENLY FATHER OR A CLOSED DOOR.

“’Ever since the time of your forefathers you have turned away from my decrees and have not kept them. Return to me, and I will return to you,’ says the Lord Almighty. But you ask, ‘How are we to return?’ Will a man rob God? Yet you rob me. But you ask, ‘How do we rob you?’ In tithes and offerings.” Malachi 3:7-8(NIV)

“’You are under a curse —the whole nation of you—because you are robbing me. Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,’ says the Lord Almighty, ‘and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it.’” Malachi 3:9-10(NIV)

“So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’” (Matthew 6:31)

“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” (Matthew 6:33)
