What will the day look like?

Think of EEE as a great leadership event without the big cost or travel. We'll kick off with a short message, break to practical workshops, catch lunch and continue part 2 of workshop before wrapping up. Leaders will bring clear and practical insights for effective ministry in today's context. Dr. David Nystrom will frame our time together with Bible teaching. From there we will take in highly practical workshops led by PSWC staff and special guests.

— The “Growing Your Church” workshop is for ANY STAFF or KEY LEADERS.
— “Sticky Faith/ Helping Families” brings practical input for raising great kids and teens in today’s culture. Parents of all ages and anyone who cares about youth is encouraged to participate.

Who’s invited?

All leaders - those currently serving and those who will - including leadership teams, pastors, small group leaders, administrators, youth and children's leaders, parents, etc.

Who's hosting?

The Pacific Southwest Conference, a mission region of Evangelical Covenant Church, made up of over 155 churches throughout Arizona, California, Hawaii, and Nevada.
